About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Developer to join our team focusing on developing and maintaining business applications for both iOS and Android platforms that meet our organizational and client requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile solutions to support business operations and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain native iOS and Android applications tailored for business process automation, customer management, and enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement intuitive user interfaces and seamless functionality.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices for iOS and Android development.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure application stability, data integrity, and performance across both platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely solutions.
  • Ensure the security, performance, and responsiveness of applications, especially in business-critical environments.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Mobile Developer with a strong portfolio of published business applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C for iOS development.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java for Android development.
  • Familiarity with Xcode, Android Studio, UIKit, SwiftUI, Jetpack, and modern development frameworks.
  • Knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
  • Understanding of both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store submission processes and app lifecycles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Core Data, Firebase, Retrofit, and/or Alamofire.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for business-centric applications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
